Overall Average Staff Turnover Rate at 19.3% in 2014
[9 April 2015 – Hong Kong] An overall average staff turnover rate of 19.3% was recorded for 2014 in the Half Yearly Survey on Manpower Statistics – Year 2014 and Second Half of 2014 conducted by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM), slightly lower than the 20.1% registered in 2013. With a robust employment market, hiring intentions in the first half of 2015 remains positive.
