Rapid changes in the social, technological, and economic environment, coupled with the shortages in knowledge workers, have made learning a continual process and the most important competence required in today's Knowledge Economy. With its capabilities to support Just-in-Time and Just-in-Need learning, at anytime and anywhere, e-learning has become a critical element to personal and organisational success.
