Mr Francis Mok is currently the Group HR Director of Jebsen & Co Ltd. He contributes to the growth of the Group in Hong Kong and mainland China through his experience and insights in human resources management, human capital and leadership development, talent management and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Mr Mok is a seasoned HR professional, with proven experiences and achievements in HR management and HR development, and contribution to promote HR standards and best practices.

A Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM), Mr Mok has been the President of the HKIHRM since June 2010, leading the establishment and promotion of professional HR standards. Mr Mok has served as a member of the HKIHRM Executive Council since 2005, and was Vice-President from 2007 to early June 2010. He currently also serves as Chairperson of the Management Committee, Co-chairperson of the Learning and Development Committee and the Work Experience Recognition Sub-Committee.

Mr Mok was elected President of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM) for a two-year term in September 2010. The APFHRM is the network of HR and people management associations' representative countries in the Asia Pacific region, which is one of the continental federations of the World Federation of People Management Associations.

Mr Mok holds an MBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a bachelor degree of Engineering from McGill University.
