Mr WONG Kam-pui  F.I.H.R.M (HK)

Mr Wilfred Wong Kam-pui is the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM). Mr Wong is currently the Director, Division Talent Management of DFS Hong Kong Limited. He joined the Company in 1997. His current regional responsibility includes Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Tokyo Japan, and the Mainland China (including Hainan).
 
Prior to the present appointment, Mr. Wong worked for Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and was responsible for the airline¡¦s performance management, welfare benefits, personnel administration, HR information systems and Chek Lap Kok relocation project. Before that, he also worked for Standard Chartered Bank and World-wide Shipping (Agency) Limited.


Mr Wong is a Fellow Member of the HKIHRM. He was Vice-President of the Institute from 2003 to mid-June 2008. He also serves at the Data Protection Committee and the MPF Taskforce.


Mr Wong is also actively serving the community by taking up other voluntary roles. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee on Teachers Education and Qualification, Curriculum Development Council, and Committee on the Vocational Training for People with Disabilities.


Mr. Wong graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree (Hon) in Business Administration.
