Mr Francis Mok is currently the Group HR Director of Jebsen & Co. Ltd. He is responsible for managing the Group's human resources management, human capital and leadership development, talent management and Corporate Social Responsibility in Hong Kong and the mainland China.

Mr Mok is a seasoned HR professional, with experiences covering strategic human resource management, performance management, employee engagement as well as talent selection and development. Prior to his career in professional human resources management, Mr. Mok had extensive experience in managing frontline and engineering operation.

Mr Mok is a Fellow Member of the HKIHRM, and is a member of the Executive Council of the Institute since 2005. He also serves as the Co-chairman of the Learning and Development Committee. He was Vice-President of the Institute from 2007 to early June 2010, and was also Chairman of the Annual Conference Organising Committee in 2005 and 2008.

Mr Mok has been elected President of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM) for a two-year term in September 2010. APFHRM is the network of HR and people management associations' representative countries in the Asia Pacific region. The countries / regions that form the federation are Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Thailand. APFHRM is  also an active branch of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA).

Mr Mok holds an MBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a bachelor degree of Engineering from McGill University.
