One of our mission is to develop, maintain and enhance
professional HR management standards through our members and partners. Our
certificate programmes are one way in which we provide learning and development
as well as continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities for anyone
with an interest in or held with the responsibility in the management and
development of people to do their jobs better.
To support HKIHRM Membership Scheme effective April 1,
2010, selected programmes are required to be completed including passing
the corresponding assessment (written examination) in order to meet the
knowledge requirements for applying Professional
Membership. A separate certificate programme can also serve as a
preparatory course for the Instituteˇ¦s Associate Member Assessment
