Global
Remuneration Professional (GRP®)
Excel around the world with essential remuneration
knowledge
Jointly offered by WorldatWork and
HKIHRM, the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) designation provides a
foundation of knowledge spanning across borders. The GRP® supports professionals
around the world. The GRP® is earned by passing a required battery of eight
examinations.

With
the changes to certification programme, the GR5: Performance Management exam is
being phased out and will no longer be available after December 31, 2009. The
content of performance management is important to practitioners, and is being
integrated into courses and examinations of GR4: Base Pay Management and GR6:
Variable Pay.
In 2013, WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals will
introduce time limits for exam credit toward the GRP designation. Exams toward
these certifications will be valid for eight years. (95%
of certification candidates achieve certification within eight years, most
candidates take four to six years.)
Any exam that
certification candidates have on their transcripts more than eight years old
will no longer be valid toward certification. If you have exams that may
expire with the change in January 2013, you now have a year to complete your
designation.
Examinations are the same in all countries in
which courses are undertaken.
