The use of laptop computer
for presentation, remote mouse, LCD projector, hand-held/wireless microphone
and 2 flip chart. Light refreshments of cookies and tea bags will be available.

Full Day (09:30 –
17:30) $4200
One Session (09:30 –
13:00 or 14:00 – 17:30) $2300

Training Room booking is not accepted
in normal circumstances after office hour (Mon-Fri, 09:30-17:30) and subject to
availability.
Ø
Each function has a 15 minutes grace time
before and after the booking duration. Any overtime will be charged on a half
an hour basis.
Ø
If extension of room booking is
required after 6pm for afternoon/full day session, prior notice is required and
shall be made during the room booking. Hourly rate will be levied based on
normal rate (HK$480 per hour). If prior notice was not made, additional
charge(s) will be levied on half an hour basis (HK$250 per half an hour).

booking should the training topic/program are found in conflict with HKIHRM.
