For access to "Members Area", please input your login name and password (forwarded to you by mail together with the New Member Kit on your admission as an IHRM member) in the space provided on the left.
Forget your password?
1. If you forget your password, please enter your membership no.* and login ID below and submit your request for password. Your password will be sent to the office e-mail address you have provided to IHRM. In the absence of an office email, the password will be sent to your residential e-mail address available.
2. You can call Membership Department at 2881 5113 or email to membership@hkihrm.org for assistance should you have difficulties in using the automatic checking system mentioned above.
3. For members who do not have any email address, please call Membership Department at 2881 5113 or submit your request in writing. The Institute shall then send the password by post to your mailing address. An administration fee of $50 will be charged for this service and you are required to send cheque payment in favour of "Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management Ltd." upon submission of your request.
*For individual member, input your membership category (e.g. E, M, F, S) followed by the 6-digit membership no. (e.g. E009999). For corporate member, input your membership category (ie.g C) followed by the 6-digit membership no. Add further suffix -1 and -2 thereafter for 1st and 2nd representatives respectively (e.g. C300000-1, or C300000-2).
Want to change your password?
Please follow the steps below:
1. Use the login ID and password provided by the Institute to gain access to "Members Area"
2. Select "Change Password" from the menu bar on the left and change the password by:
- entering the existing password
- then type the new password (up to maximum 8 characters, can combine alphabets with numeric)
- re-confirm by re-typing the new password
- click "submit" button to effect the change

If you are not already an IHRM member or have previously withdrawn or discontinued your membership, please visit the section "Membership" or email to membership@hkihrm.org for details of joining or re-joining.
