    Introduction:

    About Employee Experience Survey (EES)

Five things are essential if an organization determines to harness people power:

    1. Hire people with competencies to satisfy customer expectations
    2. Train employees to deliver experiences that fit your brand promise
    3. Reward employees for the right behaviors
    4. Drive the behaviors from the very top of the organization
    5. Measure the employee experience

On measuring the employee experience, an excellent first step is to use an employee survey. HKIHRM Experience Survey (EES) Questionnaire is designed to effectively gather information on how employees feel about the organization, their leaders and the opportunities for improvements. Such information serves as an health check for companies, as well as a barometer of progress for human resource management. The standard questionnaire is a valuable tool for organization to conduct in-house survey in order to improve employee communications. It was developed based upon a qualitative review of staff attitude survey questionnaires from 15 HKIHRM member companies that were renowned companies in Hong Kong.
