GRP & CCP Worldwide Certification


Possessing the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) & Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) designation demonstrates that you have the knowledge and skills to manage rewards programs in multiple countries. A Certification is earned after obtaining a passing score for all required exams. Corresponding preparation courses for the required exams are available in a variety of convenient learning formats.

The strategic alliance between HKIHRM and WorldatWork offers GRP/CCP classroom courses in Hong Kong to prepare reward professionals for certification through the WorldatWork Society for Certified Professionals.

The GRP & CCP designation has the global acceptance of numerous large multi-national companies, including Allianz, Deutsche Post, SAP and Shell International. How do I obtain the certificate?

  • Pass the required certification examinations administered through WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals.
  • Each exam consists of approximately 100 multiple choice questions based on the Body of Knowledge for the profession.


What’s it like?

The GRP certification is achieved by earning a passing score on ten examinations. Examinations are the same in all countries in which courses are taken. To help you track your progress toward certification, transcripts and other credit documentation can be easily obtained online.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I obtain a full certification for GRP / CCP?

        Pass all 10 modules required by CCP / GRP.

Do I have to take the course in order?

        No! You can enroll into each course that fits your schedule. All modules are independent to each other.

Is there a time-frame to obtain a full certification for GRP & CCP?

        All exams expire 8 years from the day you passed them if you have not completed a full designation.

What is the format of the lesson?

        Lesson sharing with practical case studies, taught in English with lunch & refreshment included.

If the schedule does not fit, can I opt for self-study?

        Yes! We do offer self-study package. However, if you are ordering binders for the exam you may be                                        subjected to the risk of late delivery of materials from vendor.

Do I need to take other C3E module even if I have completed GR2 already?

        No need as C3E and GR2 are equivalent to each other.
