Programme Endorsement by HKIHRM & Courses Recognised by HKIHRM

As KNOWLEDGE is one of the key elements in the HR Professional Standards ModelHR Body of Knowledge is defined in representing the sum of HR knowledge for the profession. HKIHRM recognises the importance of quality HR programmes, as it introduces the HR profession to students and provides HR knowledge to them. "Programme Endorsement" is thus launched by the Institute for the endorsement of higher education HR programmes in order to ensure the alignment of the content of HR programmes offered by higher education institutions with the defined HR Body of Knowledge.

Effective April 1, 2010, individuals graduated from a HKIHRM fully endorsed programme (Degree Level) are eligible to become the Institute's Associate Member.* Those who are studying a full-time HR programme endorsed by the Institute would be eligible to become the Institute's Student Member. A "HKIHRM Endorsed Programme" logo can be used on all the publications relating to the the HR programme fully endorsed by HKIHRM.

Applications from higher education institutions for the programme endorsement are now welcomed. Details of the programme endorsement criteria can be found at the document as below.
