About the HKIHRM Benefits Survey:

Conducted once every three years, the HKIHRM Benefits Survey gauges the provision of various types of benefits by employers to local employees working in Hong Kong, as well as Hong Kong employees stationed in Macau and Mainland China. The findings shed light on current market trends and practices related to employee benefits in Hong Kong.

 

 Profile of participating companies:

• Convers 210 local, multinational and Mainland Chinese-owned companies, including 19 companies with employees in Macau, 56 companies with employees stationed in Mainland China

• Covers 22 business sectors

• Cover over 129,000 employees
