To improve organisational effectiveness on accomplishing corporate mission and goals, performance management is essential. This is a systematic process which aligns the effort and resources of a company’s employees. It serves to communicate organisational goals and objectives, reinforce individual accountability to meet them, and track and evaluate individual and performance results.


This workshop focuses on how to set up performance expectations and goals for the individual and long term for the company. These include evaluation standards and improvement plans for the employee’s development. Members are welcome to join.

Shirley has been in the development field for more than 20 years. Working in hotel, finance institutions, property agencies, entertainment and construction sectors, she has gained wide experience in training.
