1.     What is CPD?

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) refers to the acts and processes through which one acquires HR-related knowledge and skills beneficial to continuing practice.

The Institute believes that HR professionals have to keep themselves up-to-date to maintain and develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today's dynamic business environment. Therefore, we believe you will gain the rewards throughout the process of undertaking any CPD activities.

CPD helps you to:

-       Identify the areas which you may focus on your training and development

-       Attain your career goals through various stages of achievements

-       Enhance your adaptability to cope with challenges and changes by updating your knowledge, skills and capabilities
