Description
The calculation of various statutory entitlements (including holiday pay, annual leave pay, and sickness day pay, etc.) has been a thorny issue confronting the Court and many legal and human resources practitioners. In particular, where employees are paid a significant amount of commission as part of their compensation package, issues arise as to the proper way to calculate their statutory entitlements. In this seminar, the trainer will specifically investigate this issue, including the leading authorities in which the trainer has appeared as counsel.
