Dr Chester Tsang
Dr. Chester Tsang holds an EdD, MBA, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. He is a Fellow of HKIHRM (FIHRM) and a Certified Global Master Trainer (CGMT) . He is a Council Member of HKIHRM and Co‑Chair of its Learning & Development Committee. He is the Winner of the ATD Best Award (1st in Asia, 2nd Worldwide) and a three‑time HKMA Gold Prize winner. Previously, he was Head of Learning at MTR Corporation, leading leadership development and culture change. He has held key roles at Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Marriott Hotel, Giordano China, and an operational role at Walt Disney Company (USA) . He is also co‑author of “My Dear, Be a Happy Leader.” He has extensive experience designing proactive mindset programmes, helping employees shift from blame to ownership.

Mr. Sam Wong Tak Sum
Mr. Sam Wong Tak Sum, MH, is a Medal of Honour recipient and three‑time Olympian, Asian Champion, and Asian Games medallist in windsurfing. He is a five‑time Coach of the Year Award winner. After coaching the Hong Kong, China Windsurfing Team, he served in various sports management roles, including with the Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, and as Commissioner for Sports for the HKSAR Government. He now supports the education sector with positive thinking training. Sam holds a Master’s in Guidance & Counselling from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor’s in Sports Administration from the University of Canberra. He is also an HKMA Award for Excellence in Training – Runner‑up & Best Presentation Award winner.
