Why This Course
- AI agents are AI tools that can carry out a series of steps for you, such as collecting information,
drafting a document and preparing a reply, instead of only answering one question. - Agent tools are becoming easier to use. Some recent multi-agent AI tools let users create named
agents, give each one a job and working rules, let several agents work together in one chat, save repeated tasks as routines, and ask for approval before important actions. - Learning how to give an AI agent a clear job is a general skill. The approach works in other tools such
as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini, and will remain useful as tools change. - This workshop lets HR beginners see agents at work and practise using them step by step in a
relaxed, supported setting.
Learning Outcomes

- Add simple “ask me first” rules for actions such as sending or deleting.
- Turn a repeated task into a simple routine.
