Dr Chester Tsang, EdD, MBA, PCC, FIHRM, CGMT
Dr Chester Tsang currently serves as Managing Director of Franklin Covey Education in Hong Kong and Macau, delivering world-renowned leadership frameworks to the education sector.
He has over 30 years of experience equipping Hong Kong leaders to speak with impact, lead with credibility, and influence with personal charm. His expertise spans executive presence, interpersonal communication, and psychometric assessment across multiple industries. He served as Head of Learning at MTR Corporation, designing and delivering leadership communication programmes for supervisors and managers, including training on confident communication, handling difficult conversations, assertive yet respectful dialogue, and building trust with both bosses and teams.
He previously held senior talent development roles at the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, training healthcare professionals in effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal influence. His industry experience also includes leadership positions at Marriott Hotel, Giordano Retail Group (China), and an operations role at Walt Disney University (USA), immersing him in world-class service and communication cultures across hospitality, retail, and public sectors. Dr Tsang is a certified facilitator for Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®️, DDI Communication Skills, advanced negotiation, and NLP. He is a Registered Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC), Certified Global Master Trainer, and Certified MBTI®️ Practitioner.
