Why This Course
- Every hiring manager now asks, “Can this person use AI?”, yet most organisations rely on self-ratings
or a list of tools on a CV. Neither shows whether a person can produce accurate, safe work with AI. - The gap between users is wide. Microsoft’s 2026 Work Trend Index found 18% of Hong Kong AI users
are “Frontier Professionals” who run multi-step workflows with agents, while many others use AI only
occasionally. - Without a fair, consistent method, training budgets go to the wrong people and AI-capable talent is
overlooked. - This course gives HR a quick, structured way to read real capability, plus the fairness and privacy
rules for using the result.
Learning Outcomes

- Separate skill gaps from tool-access gaps.
- Apply fairness, consent and personal-data rules when collecting and using results.
