Loman Luo, Chairman of the Hong Kong Quality And Talent Migrants Association,  Kevinn Liu, Vice Chairma of the Association , David Kong, Director of Hong Kong Talent Group (Holdings) Limited, and representative from the Secretariat met with Lawrence Hung, President of the Institute, Ian Choy, Vice Presidnet of the Institute and Marian Lam, Executive Director of the Institute in April 2024. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss promoting talent exchange in the Greater Bay Area and exploring ways to enhance cooperation in education, training, and HR management services.
